Dry presentations from the compressed ready, finding the red dot centered, faster until it goes missing.

Setup
A cleared pistol with a red dot, no live ammunition, and a target. Start at the compressed ready with a good grip. About 10 minutes.
Steps

Extend to full presentation and confirm the dot is centered in the window and on the target. Slow and deliberate for the first 2 or 3 minutes, watching grip, stance, head, and shoulders.

For the rest of the time, speed up until the dot goes missing on the presentation, back off until you find it every time, and speed up again.
