Score by the rings, 300 possible. 270 (90%) or better is the goal. Variations: from the holster; Ernest Langdon's pars from the holster of 7.5, 5, and 3.5 seconds; with a 5-shot snub, 5 rounds at 10 yards in 8 seconds, 5 at 5 yards in 5, and 5 at 3 yards in 3 strong hand only, from the ready or from a concealment holster.
